------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Not a day goes by that we don't get a phone call from someone that is on our website asking for additional information. We had a website before we contacted with AYR1 but you would never know it. The only way people found our site was after we met them and informed them about it. We were not attracting new customers. The traffic through our site was primarily made up of people who already knew about us. Things are much different now. People call us daily who have never stepped foot in our store. I have closed several deals without ever even meeting the customer. Joshua P McCollum ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Although Harkness Furniture had a nice looking website, we realized the site was lacking perhaps its most important function – showing the furniture and mattress products we carry! We had heard about AYR1 and looked into the services they offer. We quickly decided this was exactly what we needed… a data base cataloging system to show all the products we have available. Although we were convinced the visibility of specific products was important (as opposed to merely having links to our manufacturers’ websites) we weren’t sure we needed to have our entire website redesigned, since the site had been revised fairly recently. We eventually decided to go with a complete overhaul. The site designer was great and we now have a website that is much more reflective of who we are... and what we do. We are receiving buyer inquiries now via our new website like never before! Aside from having these potential ‘customer ups’ delivered directly to our email, we can access all this information at our own private AYR1 ‘back room’ - managing and maintaining these new found customers on a daily basis. We can also manage and update the products shown on our furniture and mattress catalogs! Just wanted to drop a note to say; ‘Thank You’ to AYR1. The new Harkness Furniture website is truly ‘working for us’ now! The website itself was LackLuster. One day we received a call from AYR1, regarding websites for the furniture industry. I was thinking re-doing the site and agreed to meet with their rep to discuss possibilities and what they had to Offer! And boy am I glad I did. In addition to re-doing our site and having it looks fabulous and something to be proud of, we began the Google Adwords program at the same time. We use our site not for e-commerce, but to provide customers with information and pricing, in order to drive them to our retail store. We don’t post prices on-line, but respond to each buyer inquiry individually, giving them more first hand information about the product they are inquiring about, as well as any in store specials we currently have. We have been doing the Ad words campaign since October of last year. We spend around $2000 each month on Ad Word Dollars. We have definitely seen an increase in business. I don’t feel we would be doing as well or would be up in sales for the year if we hadn’t met AYR1 and gotten involved. The AYR1 staff are always there and happy to make any changes we want in our site and I feel they always have our best interest at heart. It’s been a pleasure doing business with them. A lot of stores, when they see a sales decline, their first instinct is to cut advertising. This we have never done and feel it is the kiss of death to do so. Cut dollars elsewhere but not your advertising. In todays world the power of the internet and google ads, are the way to go. Consumers are more savvy shoppers than they ever were and want information and pricing before they drive to a traditional brick and Mortar store. Thanks again AYR1! This seemed to me an extremely daunting task as I had never been on your website or previously done anything like this. With very little training I logged on and started working. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly and easily I managed to get through this assignment. I was able to complete it in about 6 working hours, an average of 2.5 minutes per style. For this reason I wanted to send a quick note to compliment your company on the ease of use of the tools for the uploading of information to our website through your website.
