AllSouth Appliance delivers the latest in appliances and outdoor products right to your door. Rates for Delivery and Installation vary based on your location and the product you've purchased. Limitations:
Some of our products have territorial limitations on their shipping due to maunfacturers agreements. Please call for further information (Ge Monogram, Viking, Wolf, Sub-Zero and Jennair) .
Local Delivery:
If you live within our local delivery area, you're eligible for delivery and installation by AllSouth Appliance's professionally trained delivery and installation teams. Our team can safely deliver and (*)install your appliance purchase with care and respect for your home, business or job site. Some installations, particularly more specialized installations, will be performed by AllSouth Appliance's network of certified sub-contractors.
Scheduling: We work tirelessly to make delivery as easy as possible. We deliver five days a week in most markets and can typically deliver in-stock merchandise within days of placing an order. Prior to delivery, we'll contact you with a delivery window to fit your schedule. Our delivery drivers will contact you the morning of your delivery and offer a 30 minute call ahead.
Fees: Our standard delivery fee is $39.95 (restrictions apply, call for more information). A $10.00 fuel surcharge will also be applied to any purchase delivered by AllSouth Appliance regardless of the purchase price.(*) Installation fees vary, read below for more information or call 1.866.942.0408.
Smaller items: Smaller items such as replacement water filters, vacuum bags and small appliances (microwaves) will ship standard ground via UPS when not purchased as part of a larger package. Call for more information.
Installation:
(*) Installation of large items that are being delivered, such as refrigerators and laundry may be done by ALLSouth personell. Hard wired and plumbed appliances should be installed by properly trained and licensed installer. AllSouth may sujest a trained installer or you may choose to use your builder’s subcontractors or source your own. AllSouth is not responsible for those installers. (Always be sure that any installer has the proper insurance, and licenses for your purpose.)
Scheduling: Installation by an certified installer, is available five days a week in many markets. Most installations of in stock merchandise can be completed within a few days of placing an order. Expect up to two weeks for special order items. Your salesperson will contact the installer to schedule the installation. The installer will then contact you to confirm a time and date with you. He may require a site visit which, will be at no charge. Free Installation is limited to Standard installation of laundry and refrigeration products. AllSouth will under no circumstances modify, cabinets, plumbing or electrical. If modifications such as these are need then AllSouth will help find a qualifed Electrician, Plumber Or carpenter to make the modifications at the purcasers expense.
(*)installation by AllSouth is limited to refrigeration and laundry products any other products are to be installed by a third party installer of the purchasers choice. The purchaser is repsonsible for paying that installer.
Fees: The customer is responsible for paying any installation. Customer will pay subcontracted, certified installers directly.
UPS Ground Delivery:
Smaller Itmes must fit UPS Criteria for standard Package, oversized products will be charged at the appropriate ups rate items such as replacement water filters, vacuum bags and small appliances (microwaves) will ship standard ground via UPS when not purchased as part of a larger package. Call for more information. UPS deliveries subject to the weight and size restrictions. ( We cannot ship ranges and Refrgerators UPS)
Scheduling: Typical lead time for in-stock merchandise is 3-5 business days from the order date. We will provide you with tracking numbers once your order has been shipped.
Damages: It is important to inspect all packages for damage. If the package shows damage, inspection may be required of the contents. Carefully open boxes until you are sure that there are no damages. Retain all shipping materials. If it is damaged, refuse it, note it on the shipping ticket and call us immediately.
Fees: Items shipped via ground UPS, will incur a $9.95 shipping and handling charge each. Any fuel surcharges will be added. For quicker shipping, please call, additional fees will apply.
Freight Delivery:
If you live outside of AllSouth Appliance’s delivery area your product will be delivered by one of AllSouth Appliance's approved freight partners (restrictions apply, call for more information). All third party deliveries are fully insured. Be sure to inspect your product carefully and note any damage before the carrier leaves your home, business or jobsite.
Damages: It is important to inspect all packages for damage. If the package shows damage, have the shipping company note it on the bill of lading. Inspection may be required of the contents. Carefully open boxes until you are sure that there are no damages. Retain all shipping materials. If the items show no damage you may accept it. If it is damaged, refuse it and call us immediately.
Ask the shipper his policies on hidden “concealed” damage. Most allow maximum of three days for discovery. This means you must open and inspect during this time or the freight company will not accept any responsibility.
Please note: in order to return a product all shipping materials must be retained. No out of container products will be accepted for return.
Scheduling: Typical lead time for in-stock merchandise is 5-7 business days from the order date. We will provide you with tracking numbers once your order has been shipped. The freight company will contact you for pick-up or home delivery. This is an excellent time to confirm their hidden or “concealed” damage policy.
Fees: Purchases over $2000.00 receive, Free curbside “driveway” delivery. White Glove service is available in most markets for an additional $99.00. This service includes inside delivery of your products, one flight of steps. If they offer to uncrate and dispose of packing, refuse this service. You must retain all packing materials, to return an item. For orders under $2000.00, curbside freight varies based upon product purchased, average is $89.00. White glove service is still available. Any fuel surcharges will apply.
Returns:
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please call and ask any questions on sizes, options and installation requirements. Overstocks and returns, usually occur because customers failed to ask questions. We are here specifically to help you and are happy to answer any appliance questions. Your purchase is backed by our 30 day return policy.
Orders may be canceled with-in 24 hours of placing order, unless already shipped. For shipped goods, re-stocking fees and shipping fees will apply. You must call us to cancel an order 1.866.942.0408.
No returns are allowed on overstock items; all sales are final. We obviously will refund a properly reported shipping related damage.
To return an order, it must be in new and unused condition along with the manuals and original packaging materials and it will be subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee. Delivery charges are non-refundable.
If an item arrives damaged, you must note the damage on the delivery ticket and call us with-in 48 hours at 1.866.942.0408 so that we can make arrangements for a return/replacement (no cost to you).
All appliances have factory warranty. Often, a minor damage or defect may be handled quicker through service. We are glad to assist with warranty concerns.
