I just wanted you to know how much I appreciate the service that I have received from Dan Doolin, Mike and Ian (the installers).

Mike and Ian took their time and made sure to do things "right" even though they were working overtime. Very impressive!!!! I really do appreciate their efforts in doing their best, and not to do well for the boss, or look good in front of co-workers, but to give the customer what they'd probably want to receive after ordering several thousands of dollars worth of appliances. They sincerely cared to make sure everything was set correctly during the install. I've seen too many in the service industry lately that don't seem to care about the quality and rush through the job haphazardly, but not your guys. Way to go!

Also, Dan Doolin has been very helpful, considerate, timely and efficient with everything that he has helped us with.

I am sending this to let you know what a wonderful experience it was having my new refrigerator/freezer delivered and installed on my boat. Big Mike and crew of 2 could not have been better. I was worried that it was not going to fit as it was necessary for me to cut up the old unit to get it off the boat. I think the boat was built around it.

Mike and crew arrived on time, called ahead to let me know they were on their way and arrived with a can do attitude. All went well with the install. They cleaned up and instructed very patiently.

This is just a note to say thank you for a great customer experience! We Purchased a Duet washer/dryer at Arnold's in April 2005. A few weeks ago, the washer broke down completely and both the central control unit, and motor control unit needed to be replaced. As it was just over 12 months, Whirlpool refused to cover the repair cost in full (although we had problems starting in March 2006). Your employee, Dan followed up directly with Whirlpool on our behalf and was able to get Whirlpool to cover the entire parts and labor cost! We originally made our purchase at Arnold's because of your reputation for excellent customer service and you didn't let us down. We are committed customers of Arnolds Appliance.

I am taking the time to let you know about my pleasant experience in buying a stove and refrigerator from your store and the exceptional employees I dealt with in this NO CUSTOMER SERVICE world we are living in. A few weeks ago I decided I was tired of living with tired old appliances that just weren't doing the job anymore. I visited several places and got the run around in some cases, but was really impressed when Jeremy greeted me when I waked into your establishment. I felt comfortable talking to him about my needs and concerns, and I knew when I walked out of there; I was going to buy the appliances from you. I came back in later to sign paperwork and schedule the delivery. Your delivery personnel showed up on the right day, early (my, whoever heard of that), but they were very patient as I ran around to get things out of the refrigerator. Mike and Steve were very careful with my stuff and Mike gave me a suggestion about the heat of the burners that will make me more cautious when I turn the burners up. I didn't realize how mediocre mine were until I turned the new ones on. Also, Steve adjusted the refrigerator so it is actually level for the first time in 16 years. Nothing in my house is level. I am thrilled I don't get clobbered with the freezer door every time I open it anymore. In closing I was impressed with the great service I received and only hope that the Hotpoint stove and GE refrigerator perform as well as your employees do. A friend of mine stopped by the other day to look at my new stove and loved the looks of it so much, she is thinking about buying one also. Guess who I recommended?

Compliments to your delivery/install man, Josh. He was a very efficient and considerate young man-polite! Closing door to not let heat out, delivered through front door rather than back door which would have been easier, so not to leave grooves in my lawn. Cleaning up and checking for leaks. An extra-he noticed my refrigerator protruded about 2" from cabinets. He checked the clearance in the back, removed the top hinge and cover from the door, and shaved off the bottom of my cabinet trim. It now sits flush to my cabinetry, it is an improvement in appearance and looks great! Your delivery men of a year or two ago didn't think of this. I kindly thank him for this observance.

I recently purchased a Thermador oven system. Dan was the Appliance Consultant who supported my inquiry and managed the ordering process. His services were professional, courteous and efficient.

When the oven was delivered I intended to install the oven with assistance from my son. Unfortunately, my son would not be available for the next several days. I called Arnold's to request a service agent for assistance and expected to provide appropriate compensation his time and effort. It was Dan day off and the call was referred to Jeremy your sales manager.

Jeremy immediately understood the service need and checked availability of the service personnel. They were booked solid for the next couple days. Jeremy volunteered his personal services assist with the oven installation. The next morning he came out and within ten minutes we had the oven installed into the cutout. Jeremy indicated that compensation was not appropriate and that his only concern was to support my needs.

I wish to let Jeremy know that his support was most graciously appreciated. Such personal concern and attention to a customer request was very special and not often provided in today's business world. Jeremy's actions and assistance was outstanding and provides good public recognition for Arnold's Appliance.

Recently we had a washer and dryer delivered and installed by Scott and Andrew. The dryer was easy to install, there was a potential problem with the washer, the average crew would have told us to call a plumber and cut the visit short. This crew took the time to rectify the problem, and again illustrated why we select an appliance store to purchase appliance from, not a discount store.
