Tim, Just wanted to let you know that my order arrived yesterday via UPS. Everything was in perfect condition and my wife unpacked the microwave as soon as we got it in the garage. Then we did some searching on other companies that were not local, and we ran across Valley Appliances. The prices you were able to get us were simply fantastic. You beat out the local store that we were inclined to go with before we met you by over $7000. That is an enormous price difference.
